HITRUST releases CSF v11.8.0; new e1 and i1 assessments must use it
HITRUST published framework version 11.8.0 on May 7, 2026, adding new authoritative source mappings and adjusting two e1 and i1 baseline statements. New e1, i1, and rapid assessments in MyCSF must be created on v11.8.0 as of the same day.
